Shipping Terms
All Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and delivered within 3-10 days for Domestic or 10-21 days for International orders. All orders are based on availability. If an order is out of stock you will be contacted via email and will be issued a refund or you may exchange it for another item in stock. It is important to enter the correct shipping address as Sari Sari Underground is not responsible for a returned package due an incorrect address entered.
Return Policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your merchandise. We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase. Please send an email notifying us that you are returning your items to SariSariUnderground@gmail.com. All return items are subject to inspection and must be sent back in their original packaging unworn with store tags attached. To send an item back to us, please enclose a copy of the invoice/packing slip that arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Sari Sari Underground is not responsible for any lost return shipments. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are treated under the same terms and conditions as returns except the customer must pay for additional shipping costs for the new items shipped by Sari Sari Underground. Once we receive your package and inspect the returned merchandise, we will send you a request for payment for the additional shipping costs and ship the new items upon receipt of the money. All exchanges are subject to available stock.
Wholesale
We welcome all wholesale applicants. All wholesale merchandise is subject to the same terms and conditions stated above. Minimum order is 36 units. Payment is accepted via cashier’s check, credit card, or PayPal. Contact us via phone or email for more information.
